An entire world of trade, cultural exchanges and relationships between human beings was developed around the market, which the Arabs established in Catalunya Nova over the course of 400 years. They called it “Almodí”, the legacy of a time and a way of doing things that still remains with us today.

TASTING NOTES

Dense red wine with a purplish hue, bright and fluid in the glass. Aromas of raspberries, blackberries and forest fruits, with notes of liquorice and spices. Pleasantly meaty, fresh and slightly tannic on the palate. The finish explodes in aromas of red fruit preserves.

PAIRING

Red and white meats, rice dishes, risottos and appetizers.
