Long ago, the land we inhabit today knew other names and other cultures. The land of the Ilercavones, the Iberians who named the Terra Alta and the neighbouring regions, lived here between the 6th and 1st centuries BC. They walked these lands and left behind them a marked trail, still evident today, that bears witness to an industrious and prosperous past.

TASTING NOTES

Onion peel rosé wine with subtle bright undertones. Rich in complex citrus aromas and a delicate background of fresh strawberries. On the palate it is ample and structured as well as agile and balanced, with an elegant acidity that enhances the wine in its intense passage through the mouth.

Appetizers, rice dishes, risottos and white meats.
