It seems that as early as the 10th century the Catalans were making glass of the highest quality. Blowing and pumping, the glassmaking industry flourished and grew for centuries, just like its important counterparts in Venice and other centres. Over the centuries, the most beautiful colours decorated drinking glasses, jars and bottles.
A red wine produced from a selection of 100% Garnatxa Peluda (Borruda) grapes from the most exclusive strains in our low-yield vineyards that are more than 60 years old. Aged for sixteen months in 350 litre clay eggs, it shows deep violet and red berry notes on the nose, with a liquorice and creamy mouth making for a long and smooth ending.
Grilled beef, duck, rice, goat soft cheese and moussaka.
